Great hotel with great customer service. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The location was fantastic, with easy access to buses and the metro. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and bakeries in the area. The rooms werenice and neat, with attractive balconies. The hotel used the space efficiently, providing all necessary amenities.
The air conditioning system was a bit loud, making it difficult to sleep with the windows open. The breakfast could have had more variety.

The hotel is conveniently located near a main metro line, making it easy to travel around the city. It is situated in a safe, less touristy area, allowing for a more authentic experience. The location was fantastic, with two metro stations nearby and easy access to transportation. the hotel was close to the Charonne area and Pere La Chaise cemetery, well worth a visit.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the complimentary water and coffee to the beautiful little balcony in our room. The staff was incredibly helpful and the basic amenities were top-notch. We especially loved the king size double bed and the nice bathroom facilities.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The rooms at Comfort Hotel were small, but the comfortable bed made up for it. The receptionist was helpful and even welcomed us with a bottle of champagne. The room service was prompt and the staff provided us with useful tips and maps for our journey. The hotel's location, although a bit far from the city center, was easily accessible with convenient transportation options.
